I’ve been fascinated with the Titanic since I read a “Night to Remember” in 1979 at 9 years old. I still have my scrapbook clippings from 1986 when the first images were published from Titanic. I saw the big piece weeks after it was brought to surface in 1998. I’m finally going to Ireland next year (I’m Irish) for the first time and Belfast is one of my stops! I hope this exhibit is still there!

This looks nothing like the real staircase

There should be more of her in Belfast than there is in America tbh. That Grand Staircase looks awful. I understand they hold many events there such as weddings and stuff so it's probably been modified to hold more people for wedding photos plus to the casual observer (not those of us that really know the ship) it's gonna look alright. I have seen photos of it at christmas and it's.....so wrong. At least use decorations from the correct period!

Dr Robert Ballard was my childhood hero in the 80s after I became obsessed with the Titanic after he found it and learned about it in grade school. I hope to see Titanics birthplace before I die

I was at the tour and first thing I wanted to do was get that score haunting and beautiful I recorded it when I was there I small bit of it it’s beautiful

Just been to this, I would be lying if I said I was nearly moved to tears by it and its beautiful violin score.

You guys this is not a attraction. This is history. This is titanic launch place. This is where it was built. This is where it was launched from. It was history. Made all those stores rest in peace I miss Titanic. I miss them.

I just saw an offspring of Bruce Ismay being interviewed about the Titanic. It took place about 8 years ago (2015?). He was maybe in his 70's+. He was rather arrogant in that he kept making references about how there was/is so much misinformation about the ship. I don't respect him at all. How about the lack of life boats for starters! The "mis-design" of air-tight compartments...none were airtight because they didn't have a roof! Hello! How about the treatment of the third class! This Ismay guy refers toTitanic's demise as an "act of God". Yikes. Totally delusional.

"I want to believe its the titanic at the bottom of the sea, but there are conspiracy theories..." 😮😮😮 ...I don't think people stop to think about how they actually sound and it's scary that the Internet can twist people the way that it currently does, by making them believe ridiculous things like somebody actually went and "took" a ship that the size of a carnival cruise liner and put another one there. We need to work on our critical thinking skills before we just start believing stuff.

This is where tourists need to go to visit the Titanic, not her grave in the Atlantic Ocean. Dr Ballard is brilliant. I wish the whole world knew him better.

i saw this a month ago and i found out my cousin died on it and i loved the exhibit my cousin was an engine worker and boarded at southampton

Thank you for inviting Dr Ballard back to the Titanic Quarter and interviewing him 10 years after it opened. We must respect what he did for us and for bringing back the Titanic into the public consciousness.

I’m coming next weekend. I’m pretty excited. Been on my bucket list since you first opened. See you next Saturday!

I have never been to this Titanic Museum before, and now that I have seen the inside of it, I gotta go see it now, this video was just beautifully made too

The music is astonishingly beautiful, as is the incredible experience played out as the ship slowly rotates. I wish the misic was available to hear again!

I was there yesterday and was star struck by these items. I.t really transports you through time back to that beautiful ship

I just watched one of the greatest explorers of our time calmly, and nicely explain how rust works to a little kid. My heart 😭

Very sad ending for titanic but still stayed afloat to safe her passengets ,but decision to drop the lifeboats was delayed n cost the extra lost of lifes😪👇

Memorable night indeed.My Father was an Aberdonian and he was just soooo happy like we were for him although we all stayed in Glasgow and the fact we were Rangers supporters,but we were all behind our fathers team and celebrated with such joy. Fantastic Team and not forgetting they were the best team in Europe after beating FC Hamburg for the Super Cup🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
